Just like transportation to school, school supplies are not free. 

That's why, at the start of each new school year, we mobilize to distribute the necessary materials to every child in need.

This year, thanks to Matias Giménez, who runs the Ancheta bookshop in Ingeniero Huergo and has been with us for 5 years, 50 children received school supplies to start the year.

We'd like to thank you for your involvement. Thanks to your donations, we were able to finalize the construction of the "Rayito de Luz" (ray of light) solidarity canteen. It took shape last week in the Ceferino district of Ingeniero Huergo in Patagonia.

Managed by Victor Gonzalez and Karen Mella, the canteen will help meet the needs of families in the area.

The smiles you see in these photos reflect what Robando Sonrisas is all about: a big family of kind souls.

With the children, we collect garbage in the region's natural areas.

We sort and store plastic caps and cans, and send them to the Garrahan Foundation in Buenos Aires for recycling. In this way, we participate in the process of helping the children treated at the Garrahan Hospital (the largest children's hospital in Argentina).

Diego and Jennifer were able to purchase a large quantity of goods from the wholesaler, as you can see from the photos!

Robando Sonrisas will be able to help 80 families, and that's all that matters!
